What We Provide

Import Consolidation
Import consolidation allows you to combine your cargo with that of other shippers and consignees into a larger groupage. Your cargo is then tendered to the carrier as a single large movement, rather than numerous small shipments. This allows for several benefits, such as the economics of larger scale shipments.
Since all airlines and steamship lines base their rate structure on total volume or tonnage, the cost per pound for transporting merchandise decreases as the over all weight or volume increases. This can make a significant difference in unit cost for merchandise, particularly now, when margins must be kept tight to compete in our new global economy.
Special rates are available from carriers of frequent shippers, as well as for higher shipment weights and diverse destinations. This allows you to take advantage of pricing and incentives that are targeted at large multi-national corporations. These cost savings can reduce your transportation cost by a significant percentage.
Since we are in constant communication with air and ocean carriers, we collect information on all inbound and outbound shipments, allowing us to keep our clients and business partners informed of any changes in shipment status. This means better control and reduction in auxiliary charges and extra costs. Since we have regularly scheduled consolidations, smaller shippers or consignees can enjoy the regularly scheduled service that larger importers and exporters enjoy.
We make all arrangements for combining of goods at origin, and separation of cargo at destination. This means that you can enjoy the economic benefits of consolidated shipment, without the concerns of separating your merchandise at destination.
Since we have an extensive network of experienced and professional agents, offices and business partners, we are constantly expanding and tailoring our origin, destination and service offerings.

Export Services
Export services is the art of determining the pitfalls of cargo movement. From the moment a purchase order is received, to the final receipt of the finished product by the ultimate consignee, these potential problems are anticipated and avoided. The entire cycle becomes smooth and pleasant. This can become a determining factor in the client’s future business. Often, suppliers lose business because of an unpleasant and costly delivery pipeline, rather than an inferior or expensive product.
Accordingly, many companies that export have lost a promising new customer to a competitor with an inferior product, because they could not make a delivery schedule or avoid delays. There are certain factors that are beyond the control of exporting companies, such as weather, or the availability of raw materials. Transport does not necessarily have to be “Beyond Our Control.”
We specialize in building custom, dedicated shipping pipelines for our clients by maintaining an extensive network of experienced and professional agents, offices and business partners. Our staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and has years of experience in meeting the needs of the shipping community. We are constantly customizing our origin, destination, and service offerings in order to meet the needs that growing companies demand.
If you have demanding customers, you can either build an internal operation that can meet their requirements, or you can select an outside company that can provide seamless service. We have years of experience providing flawless service to clients that will only accept the best. Customs Clearance
Import formalities can be a routine operation or a recurring nightmare. It all depends on preparation prior to the first shipment, as well as the professionalism and expertise of the Customs House Broker you select.
Most Importers will eventually discover that one small oversight can bring a multi-million dollar shipment to a dead halt, jeopardizing a customer which could potentially be the future of their company.
Unfortunately these same importers will either be unaware of this possibility or will assume that any company at the port of arrival can handle their import obligations with Indian Customs.
Since Indian Customs is charged with enforcing the collection of import duties; It is important to be in compliance with their rules and regulations. In addition, they are also responsible for enforcement of the regulations of other Government agencies. If shipments do not comply, they can be held or even confiscated.
It becomes increasingly important to have control over your import/export facets. Economic policy is ever changing, making it more important than ever to have an expert handling your import/export obligations. We have been actively involved in Indian Customs House Brokerage since inception. When regular, predictable import/export handling is a must, you cannot afford avoidable delays. You must look to experienced professionals.
